Ronald and Sharon Rooker opened Gunnery's Irish Pub on the 17th March 2007 (St. Patrick's Day). They have invested a lot of enjoyable time with the help of their wonderful staff, creating a warm and welcoming Irish Pub for both Dutch and Irish alike. “The Irish Pub with the Dutch connection”. Gunnery’s is situated by the Plattestenen Brug (the flat stone bridge), opposite the fish market in the charming North Holland town of Alkmaar.
